Does anyone know how to relieve the pain of the TMJ (jaw disorder)?

Why are there click on the jaw?

Hello, in the last half hour, I noticed a "click" noise came from the jaw. It does not hurt or anything, just clicks. I tried to see what was on Google, but kept saying things about TMJ / TMD.
